International Women in Engineering Day 2026

Happy International Women in Engineering Day! Today and every day, we celebrate the outstanding achievements of women engineers around the world and their contributions to shaping a more inclusive future for engineering.

At Bunt, we know that gender parity and participation require a proactive approach. Through our recruitment efforts in recent years, we’re proud to currently exceed ACEC Canada’s 2030 goal of 30% female participation, and as well, women make up 40% of our Board of Directors. We experience the benefits of female empowerment, diverse perspectives, and inclusive leadership every day.
