University of Victoria Civil Engineering Industry Night 2025

Bunt & Associates was proud to support the University of Victoria (UVic) Annual Civil Engineering Night hosted by the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) UVic Student Chapter once again this year as a Bronze Sponsor.

Taking place on July 16, our very own Hana Stoer and Jason Potter were at the event to connect with next generation of civil engineers. Hana is a UVic alumna, and Jason previously served as a guest lecturer for Perspectives in Transportation Planning and Engineering at UVic. Together, they shared insights into Bunt’s diverse portfolio of projects in transportation engineering and planning, and the rewarding career paths available in this field. Since 2018, Bunt has successfully hired students from UVic through their Co-op Program – some of whom, like Hana, have returned as permanent employees after graduation.

We’re always excited to engage with emerging talent and support initiatives that foster meaningful industry-academic connections. Thank you to CSCE UVic for organizing a fantastic evening!
