SAIT’s Bunt & Associates Student Award

A huge congratulations to Lu Xu, the recipient of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT)’s Bunt & Associates Student Award for the 2025–2026 academic year. Your academic excellence and passion for transportation engineering are truly commendable.

Bunt has been a proud supporter of the SAIT Student Awards Program for several years, providing an annual $1,000 financial award to qualifying Civil Engineering Technology students who demonstrate a strong interest in transportation engineering or highway design. This award recognizes academic achievement, community involvement, and other measures of excellence and support.

Our connection with SAIT runs deep. Many members of our Calgary office are proud alumni of SAIT’s Civil Engineering Technology Program, and our Board Chair currently serves on SAIT’s Polytechnic Advisory Committee in a voluntary capacity, contributing industry insight to support and strengthen the school’s programming. Through initiatives like this award, we are pleased to give back to an institution that has played such an important role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals.
