Bunt’s PMiT Program Completion – Congratulations Josie, Joseph, Erin and Jing

A big congratulations to Josephine Ackroyd, Joseph Chow, Erin Tattrie, and Jing Min who are the latest Bunters to complete our in-house Project Manager-In-Training (PMiT) Program.

And of course, a big shoutout goes to James Lee who has been leading the program since it first launched, to Kyle Brandstaetter and Stuart Thornley for their valuable contributions, and to everyone else that helped ensure the program ran smoothly, once again.

Over a 6–12-month period, our PMiT program provides internal learning sessions and coaching from senior staff, 1:1 check ins, and intentional project assignment aimed at developing the necessary technical and soft skills for project management. The goal? Providing up-and-coming Project Managers with the skills and experience needed to become effective Project Managers.

We’re excited to see our team grow and develop even further with Bunt and wish them all the success as they continue to put their skills and experiences into practice while managing exciting projects.

Here’s what Josie, Joseph, Erin and Jing have to say having completed the program:
