Brewery-Rail Lands

A comprehensive land use redesignation application has been submitted to the City of Calgary for the Brewery Rail Lands located adjacent to the inner city community of Inglewood and near the future Ramsay/Inglewood LRT Station. The site, which dates back to 1893, has hosted various industrial uses including the Calgary Brewing and Malting Company.

Bunt & Associates is excited to be on the project team involved in the transformation of the site into a transit oriented and pedestrian friendly mixed-use development.
