Bunt is often a member of multi-disciplinary teams tasked with preparing new or updated master plans for large and/or complex institutions or facilities. This work can involve the evaluation of various site options as well as options for development within the site itself. Often preparation of a complex and multi-phase traffic impact study including a parking component reflecting the staging of overall site development is required to support the master planning process. Samples of Master Plan projects on which Bunt had a major role are provided below.
