An Official Community Plan is a legal document providing a long term strategic vision for a community; it is a framework of objectives and policies to guide decisions on planning and land use management, within the area covered by the plan. Bunt & Associates has worked on numerous OCP studies providing a comprehensive review of the high-level transportation needs of the municipality or region. These projects involve extensive liaison with the municipality or regional district as well as stakeholder and public consultation.
